Each litter bred at Maemuki is carefully planned, with a lot of thought, expense, research and organisation put in to ensure every effort is made to produce quality, sound and healthy puppies. Parents are carefully selected, with the aim of producing the best quality puppies possible. Parents at minimum, will be patella checked.
In order to keep quality high, I have spent a large amount of money importing semen from stunning males who live in Europe. Additionally, I have imported a beautiful male from New Zealand.Thus, my girls pairings are selected from Australian males or my imported semen boys.
Puppies are very well socialised and raised inside my home among the hustle and bustle of a busy household. Due to this, my puppies are usually very adaptable, confident and have stable temperaments. Puppies come regularly wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and registration papers with the Australian National Kennel Club.
They also come with a puppy pack, information sheet and life-time breeder support.

Gekko is a gorgeous young Japanese Spitz who has had a great start to life and is now looking for his special forever home. At just 6 months old, he is past the tiny puppy stage but still young enough to settle beautifully into a new family and continue growing with them. Gekko is:
Toilet Trained
Walking on lead (walked daily)
Used to travelling in the car
A regular at doggy daycare and the dog park, so he is accustomed to being around other dogs and different environments
Used to a normal household life
Crate Trained
Will be desexed prior to leaving us
He is an intelligent, happy young dog who would suit someone looking for a companion without having to start again with an 8 week old puppy. He loves spending time with us, getting cuddles, playing and laying at your feet while you watch TV.
We are keen to find someone who is prepared to take him to training classes to help develop your bond. As with all Japanese Spitz, he will thrive in a home where he is included as part of the family and receives love, time, boundaries, exercise and training.
